As soon as your refund has been processed, we’ll email you to let you know. Please allow up to 28 days for the process of your refund. All refunds will be made back to the payment card which was used to pay for the original order.


Faulty Product Returns

All watches have a warranty period of 24 months from the date of purchase. This covers mechanical defects to the watch. Watch straps and batteries are not covered by this. Excluded are malfunctions resulting from accidents or negligence. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns will only be processed if accompanied with proof of purchase. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.



Due to our Limited Edition stock, it is not possible to exchange a product. We offer a return policy which means that you can return your entire product that you ordered, and reorder the product that you want instead. Once we have received and processed your return shipment, your money will be refunded within a 28 day period, provided the watch is in its original condition.
